1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using complicore.tech, purchasing any document, or obtaining a license, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2. Digital Product Purchases ($47)

Individual documents and document packs are sold at $47 each. All sales are final. No refunds are offered on digital downloads once the download link has been delivered. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand you are buying a digital document and acknowledge the no-refund policy.

3. Licensing

Annual licenses grant unlimited internal organizational use of the CompliCore vault. Licensing terms are governed by the full License Agreement available at complicore.tech/license-agreement. The License Agreement is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly publish any CompliCore document in any form. You may not share download links or vault access with individuals outside your licensed organization. You may not represent CompliCore documents as your own original work for commercial purposes. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All documents, content, and materials in the CompliCore library are the intellectual property of CompliCore.tech. Purchase of a document grants a limited license for internal use only. No ownership is transferred. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. No Warranty

CompliCore documents are provided as templates and reference tools. They do not constitute legal, compliance, financial, or professional advice. CompliCore.tech makes no warranty that any document will meet your specific regulatory requirements. You are responsible for reviewing documents with qualified professionals before implementation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompliCore.tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of documents or the vault. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
